Empowering Transformation is a program designed to enhance every individual.
We are based in Southern California, Los Angeles County.
Our program is called The Restoration Circle's in which our goal is to transform the individual to become better in all aspects of life.
We provide a variety of services such as court approved programs. We offer a certificate program online with the option for you to learn at your own pace! We also will be opening an employment agency.
